I never wrote this down the other day and I must make a mental note. Latest in the weird dreams canon:
On Sunday night, methinks, I had a dream where Tom came to my house to read plays with me and then when he tried to introduce himself to my mum, she kicked him out. He also gave me some sort of speech about not peaking too young and building steadily towards a dream instead of expecting everything to fall into your lap at 24. Slow and steady wins the race, or something. Hello subconscious, thank you for choosing to talk back to me in so handsome a form.
Also, in an unrelated part of this dream, MGG was in prison somewhere and apparently half Aquaman because he built a canoe out of a log and used it to break out, then swam down roadside tunnels to evade police. I was particularly impressed at the fact that the canoe dropped neatly onto rocks below the prison - which either had a window or a giant gaping hole, in the vein of that ledge Tyrion was dumped on in GoT by the crazy breastfeeding lady - with barely a twitch, balancing perfectly. Then when MGG jumped down, he landed neatly on his hands and knees and didn’t even slightly budge the canoe. Later on, having paddled away without a single fuck being given, he started swimming along these waterways while police piled up and when they were standing perplexed by the road wondering where he’d disappeared to, he did a full-on mermaid dive from one waterway to another before vanishing again.
I should get a therapist just to analyse this stuff.
